James Adams was nominated in 2007 for a Pulitzer Prize for his collection Noble Savage: Poems. His poems have appeared in or are forthcoming in Rattle; Light: A Journal of Photography & Poetry; The Muse (India), and other publications. He participated in several Inprint Workshops in Houston.
