Reba Rice received her BA in English at Boise State University. While a writer her entire life, she turned to the editorial side of things and was copy editor at her university newspaper, the Arbiter. She is currently an editorial assistant at Red Hen Press. She lives in Los Angeles with her boyfriend and the morbidly obese cat Mango.
