Twila Newey has an MFA in Creative Writing from Naropa University. She lives in Evergreen, CO with her husband, four children, one dog and several herds of elk. She has completed her first novel, a portion of which won publication in Exponent II Midrash Contest. Two of her poems will appear on poetrybreakfast.com in November and December 2017.
