Yishak Yohannes Yebio is an Eritrean writer and DC Youth Poet Laureate. A National YoungArts Winner and a Pushcart nominee, his poetry has been recognized by the Library of Congress, the Kennedy Center, and The New York Times. His work appears in The Penn Review, Diode Poetry Journal, and elsewhere.
