Edie Popper (they/them) is a critical care nurse and poet living and working on unceded Gadigal, Wangal and Burramattagal Lands. Edie’s writing often focuses on human and planetary justice, community, queerness, illness, memory, and history. Their poetry won the 2025 Woorilla Poetry Prize, was shortlisted for the 2025 Robert Gray Poetry Prize, and has been published in Australian Poetry Journal, Jacaranda Journal, Meniscus, Right Now, and Marrow Poetry, among others.
